On the Road with Tom & Iz
Thanks for stopping in to view our internet-based "On the Road" photo album. Why SNC 1923? That's the vanity plate on our new R1150RT, and it means "since 1923" the year that BMW produced its first motorcycle, the legendary R32.
The photo above was taken at the The Piedras Blancas Elephant Seal Rookery, just north of San Simeon, on a recent tour up Highway 1 on California's central coast.
